Security Breach Scam (8/14/12)

The following scam is a classic phishing scam that attempts to trick its users into providing login credentials. The tell tale signs are the poor grammar, sense of urgency, generic language, email address that is not from VCU, and the link that does not go to a VCU website. If you have received this or other similar email, please discard it. For more information on phishing and email scams, please contact the VCU HelpIT center at 828-2227 or helpit@vcu.edu.
