“Account!” Email Scam (8/21/12)

Below is an email, or phishing, message that some in the VCU community have received concerning a purported problem with an email account. This is an attempt to trick the recipient to respond to the message so the scammer can gather their personal information. This message is fake and should be deleted. Please contact the VCU helpIT Center (828-2227, helpIT@vcu.edu) with any questions.
